It’s a blowy day and Ebb is not happy. Ma takes them upstream to check on Granny who’s doing her washing.  She shows Flo how to make a kite. The kite escapes but Bird rescues it. Then they chase Granny’s escaping washing back across the bay and lose an oar. Flo’s kite tows the dinghy home. Back safely, Ebb cheers up. By bedtime, Ebb’s Blowy day is over.
