BOGGLESOX PHILOSOPHY

We believe that it is good for children to spend screentime on high quality and developmentally appropriate Education and Edutainment shows as part of a mixed diet of daily activities. Children will learn a lot, especially about social-emotional issues, stories and characters, as well as giving them some much needed down time. You too as a parent deserve time for yourself or to do all the things you need to do to survive. Parenting is a tough job and we want to be here to help. WHO WE ARE

Bogglesox TV is run by Magic 2 Media, a Digital Production and Distribution company. This company is part of the Bafta-winning Adastra group which is a small UK based TV production company most known for Grandpa in My Pocket and Ha Ha Hairies - both of which are available on Bogglesox. Adastra is run by Mellie Buse, who has been writing, Showrunning and Producing Children's TV for 35 years; and Martin Franks, a Director, Voice Director and Producer who has been in production for a similar period after a decade teaching and in Family and Children's Social Welfare.

OUR ADVISORY BOARD

We are keen to offer a high quality and inclusive service reflecting global diversity where possible. With a library of classic content from UK and Europe we have to accept some restrictions though we are producing new content all the time. We have a small advisory board who offer advice and guidance.

* KATE PATTERSON is an ex Head Teacher with over 30 years experience working in an education environment. She is now a Self Esteem and Confidence Coach regularly working with children and adults in mental health and mental wellness.

* SABRINA RICHMOND is a multidisciplinary artist first trained in journalism. A child of migratory people - her theatre making & writing, explores race, migration & its impact on wellbeing & healing intergenerational trauma so younger generations live whole.

* KIM REUTER is a teacher, performer, musician and maker with 30 years experience in the field. She is the parent of a son with additional needs. She jointly runs Shabang Inclusive Learning in Huddersfield in Northern England.
